Last updated: 21 October 2026. This notice concerns the corporate website at codificalabs.vercel.app and its browser-based Campaign Studio demonstration. It does not replace privacy documentation for future client-specific production software.

Who to contact

For questions about this website or data handling, contact hi@glaucojrcarvalho.com. A separate legal-entity identity, registered address or designated data-protection contact has not been published on this site. Those details should be confirmed before collecting client or participant information through a production service.

Information you choose to send

The site uses email links rather than an embedded lead form. If you email us, we may receive your name, address and the contents of your correspondence through the email service used for that communication. We use it to respond to your request and manage the resulting conversation. Do not send sensitive participant lists, passwords, or live campaign datasets through an unsolicited enquiry.

Hosting and technical requests

The website is hosted on Vercel. As with ordinary web hosting, technical requests may involve IP addresses, browser information and server logs needed to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which may receive network request information when those fonts load. This website's own scripts do not include a marketing analytics tag or tracking pixel as of the update date above.

Campaign Studio demonstrations

The interactive sandbox is not a production application. Files you choose in its CSV importer or receipt pre-flight checker are processed inside your browser session and are not sent to Codifica Labs by those demo features. The sandbox has no server-side account or persistence service. Please use fictional data only; do not upload real participant data or confidential campaign records.

Cookies and browser storage

The corporate website does not intentionally set marketing cookies through its own JavaScript. Essential browser/network features from hosting and external services may still apply. Third-party sites linked from this website have their own privacy practices.

Retention, rights and requests

Correspondence may be kept for the time reasonably needed to handle a business enquiry and any resulting relationship, subject to applicable requirements. If you want to access, correct or request deletion of correspondence-related personal information, email the contact address above. We will assess the request under applicable law. Please do not assume that deleting a browser demo session deletes email correspondence.

Updates

We may revise this notice when website functionality, hosting, analytics, forms or the services offered change. Any production campaign platform will need its own documented controller/processor roles, lawful bases, contracts, retention rules and data-protection review before participant information is processed.
